ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
12.6.2 Shared Objects causes issues with Wip Edit Plugin

In 12.6.2 when it tries to base64 encode a PDF and send it back through the queue. It gets generated and saved to disk fine. It’s when IDS tries to put that PDF back into the response message, it doesn’t do it correctly. Backing down to Shared Objects 12.6.0 seems to correct the issue.

The issue can be observed into send-http-dsimessage.msg which is having improper format at the end of the row
