Symptoms

Admin user unable to search on Incoming Review screen under Local Affiliate. The user is getting error message "Error No: 301300101 Description: Insufficient data entered to complete this action".

Steps to repeat:

1. Login as Admin user
2. Go to Local Affiliate -> Incoming Review screen
3. Hit Search button
4. The system display following message -
