CCB 2.7 ROW LOCK CONTENTION WHEN RUNNING Billing batch
We have this error while running Batch Billing in a Pre-Prod env with 270 threads :
Chain 184 Signature: 'SQL*Net message from client'<='enq: TX - row lock contention'
Chain 184 Signature Hash: 0x38c48850
This is the following SQL query that generates these lock errors :
UPDATE CI_BATCH_CTRL SET LAST_UPDATE_DTTM = :1 WHERE BATCH_CD = :2
