The "Inhibit" dialog not visible

When executing a switch plan step that would tie multiple feeders together, and after selecting Manual and Inhibit from the Manual Entry Request dialog, the Inhibit dialog comes up behind the Look Ahead and is difficult to find.

The Inhibit dialog should appear on top of Look Ahead so the user could interact with it.

The issue can only be reproduced on a system with a SCADA adapter using the following steps:

  1. Login to Web Workspace, as a user with SCADA-operation permissions.
  2. Start a new switch plan, and record steps to close and open a SCADA breaker
  3. Issue the switch plan
  4. Execute the close step.
  5. Click OK on the "will create a parallel" dialog.
  6. Click Close on Look Ahead.
  7. Press Manual and Inhibit from the Manual Entry Request dialog.

The Inhibit dialog displays behind Look Ahead and can't be focused.
You can right-click on the Windows taskbar and select Cascade Windows at which point you can see it and move forward but all of the windows are rearranged.
