Symptoms

On : 11.2.0.16 version, General

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
1. Users not able to create and process urgent claims for customers.
2. The company level activities screen is slow regardless of CME or any other set of activities or plan.


Performance Issue 1:
(Navigation: Login->Admin Menu Option->Misc->Company->Company=xxxxx->Plan=ClaimsDataEntryPlan OR CustomerPlan)

Performance Issue 2:
(Navigation: Login->Admin Menu Option->Misc->Company->Company=xxxxx->Plan=ClaimsDataEntryPlan->Add Activity)

Performance Issue 3:
(Navigation: Login->Admin Menu Option->Misc->Company->Company=xxxxx->Plan=ClaimsDataEntryPlan->Add Activity->ManualDataEntry->Enter the fields->Click OK)

Performance Issue 4:
(Navigation: Login->Admin Menu Option->Misc->Company->Company=xxxxxx->Plan=ClaimsDataEntryPlan->Select Manual Data Entry->Click on Process Arrow)


*** All of the above actions consistently takes 1-2 minutes and sometimes even longer AND these are repeated multiple number of times by the business user.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. User logs into OIPA.
2. Navigate to Admin --> Misc --> Company Activity.
3. Select the Company as "xxxxx".
4. Selects the Plan as "ClaimsDataEntryPlan".
