"[1516] Please upload the right excel file" Error While Importing to Excel Larger Static Table Driver (Doc ID 2655510.1)

On PFT there is an error while importing excel file on the static table driver screen. A pop-up message says:


[1516] Please upload the right excel file.

Additionally from the Web Server pftapp.log:
