Injector Fails with Invalid Number error When Processing New Clearance Reset Records.

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to create new clearance records through injector batch it fails with the following error.
Steps To Reproduce:
- .Create and approve a SKU/ZONE level clearance with NULL reset_date.
- Insert into RPM_STAGE_CLEARANCE_RESET a record for that clearance with status 'N'.
- Run injector for NR
- Observed that the records updated with status = 'F' and failed with error in database.
