Flex UI Error With Import In BCC (Doc ID 2655872.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to import a routing schedule into the BCC, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Unauthorized method access: /atg/remote/assetmanager/transfer/service/TransferService.performFileHeaderValidation.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Active Job
2. in Merchandising – Personalization – Routing Schedules
3. Hit Import
4. file upload the enclosed document
5. submit
