Symptoms

On : 3.20.1.0.0 version, Processing

Entering claims via the ADF UI page or via the API result in claim entering the system but remain in an "Initial" status.
No significant error messages; no interesting log messages.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Claims advances in adjudication flow.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter a claim
2. view the claim status
