ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
DataConnect Batch Control Does Not Create a File When No Records are Processed
If no records are eligible for extraction, the expectation is that a DataConnect batch job would generate a blank (empty) file. This seems to be the case for some of them, but not all of them. The Initial Load/Daily Consumption Extract batch job does not create a file if it does not pick up any records.
