When Sales Happens Scanning Barcode Of Pack Item, Tran Data Is Not Posted Correctly. (Doc ID 2656513.1)

Symptoms

Transactions are not recorded correctly in Retail Merchandising System(RMS) when sales happens via scanning a barcode of the Pack item
 
Steps To Recreate:

Case-1:

  1. Create an item and range it store.
  2. Create a pack item with xx quantity of above created item along with barcode and with higher price as compared to sum of XX quantity of the above item price.
  3. Create a sale for a pack item with XX quantity for the price greater than value of pack item in RMS\Retail Price Management (RPM) scanning the bar code of the PACK item.
  4. Tran code 1 posted where as it suppose to post Tran code 15, 11 for the transaction.

Case-2:

  1. Create an item and range it store.
  2. Create a pack item with xx quantity of above created item along with barcode and with higher price as compared to sum of XX quantity of the above item price.
  3. Create a sale for a pack item with XX quantity for the price lower than value of pack item in RMS\RPM scanning the bar code of the PACK item.
  4. Tran code 1 posted where as it suppose to post Tran code 15, 11 for the transaction.
