Symptoms

VFP Deal does not exclude VAT while calculating the income

In this scenario the supplier's funded promotion (VFP) generate income in Retail Merchandising System (RMS).
It was observed that the income is calculated using the markdown amount and supplier contribution % but it did not consider the VAT amount.
The expectation was to exclude the VAT out of the markdown while calculating the income.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Created A VFP deal through RPM with 25 % supplier contribution.
2. VFP Deal automatically created in RMS once approved the promotion.
3. Executed the promotion and uploaded the sale with unit retail, for example: 15.00 and promo retail 10.00 with Qty 13.
4. Income calculated as [(15.00-10.00) * Qty 13] * 25 % = 16.25, for this example.
