Goal

On : 12.0.0.1.0 version, Pipeline Manager

Issue:

One has a discount configured which has two balance impacts
Balance impact 1: 100% discount of total charge (percentage)
Balance impact 2: fixed price of 279.2 (absolute)

When the fixed balance impact is applied first, the percentage balance impact is not applied. Vice versa is working.

Question:

Why both the discount balance impacts are not getting applied?
