Incorrect Service Quantity Calculation
Had issue with SQ Information for some usage transactions, that the SQ doesn't equal the difference between start & end reads of the measuring component.
using D2-GetSubtractiveInterval calculation rule.
Checked some IMDs on the related measurement component, and noticed system created IMDs (generated by reconciliation). Although those IMDs says it created 0 measurement but seems it caused an issue with the measurements.
STEPS TO REPLICATE
-----------------------------------
1- HES loads readings for meters, with some missing intervals
2- MDM generate manual IMDs by reconciliation for the missing interval
3- The generated IMD by reconciliation, created 0 measurement, however, this IMD shows pre-VEE readings less than the actual reads in previous IMD causing negative measurements.
4-Although this IMD created 0 measurement, and the extracted measurements sheet doesn't show negative measurement, when CCB requested usage from MDM, the usage transaction shows incorrect SQ information. Usage Transaction shows start read 4349 and end read 4112 (these are correct actual reads at start & end of usage period, should result in 237 SQ Information) but the SQ information shows 267
