Users Are Not Receiving Notifications Emails

Information in this document applies to any platform.
On Oracle Life Sciences Data Hub(LSH) application, after configuring notification to be received (including via email), the users are encountering the following issue:
Notifications are generated only in LSH "My Home" > "Notifications", and no notification email is received by users. There is no error in LSH logs.
Performing the SMTP test, no test email is received by the final user.
