Bill Segment Error When The Usage Transaction Has Different Usage Groups

On : 2.7.0.1.0 version, BILLING
Bill Segment Error when the Usage Transaction has different Usage Groups
When Customer bill for a period where in there is a meter exchange, and that meter exchange causes the Usage Transaction to use a multiple different Usage Groups,
Customer get a Bill Segment error,If it's a meter exchange for meters with same Device Configuration Type, it works.
If it's a meter exchange with 2 meters, different DC Type, but still uses the same Usage Group, Customer also don't have an issue. Customer can bill correctly. The periods are correct and the usage are summed up as expected. Customer get this error only when the Usage Transaction uses 2 usage groups due to the exchange.
