Bundles Are Failing in RRE (Doc ID 2657487.1)

Symptoms

After installation of <patch p29865746>,user are able to sync charge offers through RealTime Rating Engine (RRE) but bundles are failing.

ERROR
-----------

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Export an existing bundle using ImportExportUtility :
  ./ImportExportPricing -export plusbundle -pricing -n "Plus 2020"
2. Make sure RRE is running.
3. Import the exported pricing xml using ImportExportUtility
  ./ImportExportPricing -import -pricing plusbundle_pricing.xml -ow
4. Check the RRE console output or logs for the error.

Business impact:

If RRE is failing for bundles then customer cannot put this <patch 29865746> in production
