Error "ERZF-0914-F Error reading zip file" When Attempting to Import a Large Primavera XML Zip File in P6 Professional (Doc ID 2657660.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to export a large project with many Project-level Layouts to a Primavera XML file in .Zip format, then import it in P6 Professional, the following error occurs.

Event Code: ERZF-0914-F
Message:   Error reading zip file

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. In P6 Professional, open a large project.
  2. Export the project to a Primavara XML format file with the Enable all project level layouts option selected.  A compressed Zip file is created.
  3. Attempt to import the Zip file in P6 Professional.
  4. The reported error occurs.
