Fail To Import A Large Primavera XML Compressed In A Zip To Professional With Error "ERZF-0914-F Error reading zip file" (Doc ID 2657660.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to export a large project together with plenty of Project Level Layout to a Primavera XML in Zip format then import it back to Professional,
the following error occurs.

Event Code: ERZF-0914-F
Message:
  Error reading zip file


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log on Professional and open a large project.
2. Export the project to Primvara XML format file with "Enable all project level layouts". A compressed Zip file is created.
3. Import the Zip file back to Professional. Above error pops up.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot import the Primavera XML of a Zip format.
