Partner Users Are Not Able To Run Custom Reports (Doc ID 2657816.1)

Symptoms

On Unifier : Version 19.12

Partner users are unable to run Custom Reports.

It is only the Partner Users that cannot run the Custom Reports, they cannot view/modify the 'Template and Format' settings, and nothing seems to happen when they click on the 'Run Report' button.

The following excerpt can be found in the Unifier log files (noting unique data has been removed):
