Messages Stuck on ETEXTVENDOR Topic (Doc ID 2657870.1)

There are few RIB adapters in which messages are stuck and throwing below error:

java.sql.SQLException: weblogic.common.resourcepool.ResourceLimitException
Messages stuck in adapter (ignore dummy*)

While checking the message count on the topics using RDMT tool, found below details:

There were 2 poison messages which were on ETEXTVENDOR topic associated to RIB_RMS_VENDOR_SUB_1 subscriber adapter but these could not be deleted.
