Symptoms

The Data Selection Tool displays a "System Error" message after migrating Equipment Specs that is both confusing and references incorrect/outdated information (see below). The confusion is related to the Migration Log window showing the Equipment Specs COMPLETED yet there are no associated errors. The confusion is amplified by the message having instructions to print the log and contact customer support at the product's original software vendor which no longer exists.
