Symptoms

On : 9.3.6.0 version, Administration/Configuration

Agile is not able to synch LDAP

Existing users are able to login. Users are not able to create any new users. After 10 mins its throwing timeout message


ERROR
-----------------------
The operation did not complete within the stipulated time.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Agile java client
2. Open users
3. Click on synch LDAP
