ODB Records Go Into Invalid Status For The Currency Having Decimal Positions Defined As '0' (Doc ID 2658047.1)

Symptoms

On : 2.6.0.1.0 version

The records go into Invalid status for the currency having Decimal Positions defined as '0'.
The System should process records, which have currency's Decimal Positions defined as ‘0’.

ERROR

'Decimal places on amount and on currency is different' .

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to Admin -> C -> Currency => Set the Decimal Positions to '0' (for e.g. The Japanese Yen currency does not use a decimal point). See below screenshot with currency setup:

2. Go to Usage Data Processing and upload a file with currency having Decimal Positions as '0';
3. Records go into Invalid status saying 'Decimal places on amount and on currency is different'. See below screenshot:

4. Try to edit the amount from UI and remove the decimal places.
Notice that system automatically populates the decimal values due to which the records go on the 'Invalid' Status again after reprocessing.
