BP Record Does not Get Published to Document Manager When BP is Configured to Use Custom Print for Default Record Format

Business Process (BP) records are not getting published to Document Manager. The BP is configured correctly to publish BP records to Document Manager and to use a Custom Print for default record format in BP Setup. Records do get published to Document Manager if the BP is not configured to use a custom print for default record format. The custom print does preview correctly from Unifier.
Unifier should publish records to Document Manager using the Custom Print as default record format.
