ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When do a bulk change for BOM, if the replaced item existed in pending changes, it will hang with no warning message
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
system should not hang
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Agile web client
2. Go to an ECO, click "Affected Items" tab
3. Click "Bulk Change-> BOM"
4. Choose "Add an item to multiple assemblies" or "Replace an item on multiple assemblies"
5. If the item is already in another Pending Change, system will hang
