Symptoms
User account is not getting "Inactive" due to below error
Error
Activity XXXXXX does not exist
Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Web Client as admin user
2. Search and open the problem user
3. Edit
4. Set the value for Status to "Inactive" and Save
5. Gets error
