If a Cancel Orchestrator and its Outbound Message initially fail, the Outbound Message will be in the Response Error status. If you retry the Cancel Orchestrator and it technically succeeds in canceling the field activity, there is no change the Cancel Orchestrator or the Outbound Message status, they remain in Communication in Progress status.
