UninstallService.cmd Ends In OpenService failed - The specified service does not exist as an installed service. (0x424) Error (Doc ID 2659165.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
When attempting to run UninstallService.cmd from <AGILE_HOME>\agileDomain\bin folder using command prompt with administrator user the following error occurs

ERROR
OpenService failed - The specified service does not exist as an installed service. (0x424)


FACT
1. On Windows Service window, AgilePLM exist 
2. AgilePLM windows service is stopped

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Open command prompt with administrator
2. Move to <AGILE_HOME>\agileDomain\bin folder
3. Run UninstallService.cmd
