Notes Section for ICSR Pending Screen is Blank after Negative ACK Received for Some Records (Doc ID 2659706.1)

Goal

During Validation testing fix for the below fixed issue in AS 8.1.2.5

Bug 28296267 - ACK does not contain errormessagecomment on report XML import failure

It was noted that in Argus UI in earlier code i.e. AS 8.1.2.1 customers were able to see notes in failure section but this is no longer the case, not all notes are correctly displayed per below:

 

 

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Import an ICSR that will have an ACK rejection created
  2. Navigate via [Reports] - ICSR Processed and search for Failures
  3. Review the Notes and observer that reason for rejection is not always present.

Workaround:

Click on the binoculars icon (per above screenshot) to view reason for rejection.
