Symptoms
On Oracle Life Sciences Data Management Workbench (DMW) 2.4.8.4 version,
when attempting to install a Transformation in Production lifecycle, it fails with the following error in the log file:

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Promote a transformation from QC to Production lifecycle.
2. Install the transformation.
