Goal

While adding a new portal under menu, Navigation key is not getting auto-generated while trying to save newly created Navigation Option.
This problem is occurring in MWM 2.3 SP3 / FW 4.3.0.6 Environment.
Steps taken to create a new Navigation Option: Admin -> N -> Navigation Option -> Add
