When accessing the cost change by item or cost change by location screen, It throws following error:

Some error has occurred. Error received is : null. Please contact system administrator.

Steps To Reproduce:

From the Tasks menu, select Cost > Create Cost Change by Item (or) Create Cost Change by Location.
Notice the error.
