RIB PATCH 30435568 for 16.0.2 Without Logfire

Goal
When installing <Patch 30931342> (RMS_16.0.2_CUMULATIVE_HF_FEB_2020_3), one of the pre-requisites is to install RIB <PATCH 30435568> for 16.0.2.
According to the notes in the RIB <Patch 30435568>, this will install the RIB for LogFire.
1. Could you please confirm how can you install only the remaining components (if possible), when you do not have LogFire?
Please note that this patch also contains some updates for other RIB apps such as RIB-RMS that are required for 16.0.2 to work.
2. If not possible, would it be possible to release a separate patch for clients without Logfire?
