RTLOG Coupon Number with 40 Characters Does Not Upload PROMO_ID (Doc ID 2660598.1)

Symptoms


After you apply the solution from the <Note 2393180.1>, you notice that the PROMO_ID does not get uploaded to ReSA. RTLog would process, but if you check the IDISC line, it passes the documented layout and then the ReSA process does not publish into the SA_TRAN_DISC table correctly. Also, the ReSA UI throws the DISC_REF_NO_REQ error.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Upload the RTLog having Coupon Number with 40 characters for both IDISC and TTEND.
2. Notice that the ReSA process does not publish into the SA_TRAN_DISC table.
