Symptoms
When running Hierarchy Transformation, the process failed with below error showing reference to ampersand.

Steps to Replicate:
1. Ran Hierarchy Transformation: batch_hierTransformation
2. The process failed with user-defined error in FSI_MESSAGE_LOG
3. Found & ampersand used in a dimension name.
4. Removed the & sign and the hierarchy transformation is successful

Applied Patch 30330054 OFS AAAI Minor Release 8.0.9.0.0 and Patch 30692880 FSDF Minor Release 8.0.9.0.0.
