Goal


Observed a few messages like the following in the "mmp" log on the MMP systems:


It is understood that ldappendingoplimit could be increased. As a test, it was just reduced from the default, due to an attempt to limit how much Messaging Server contributes to the problem when the LDAP server is over loaded.

The following questions are raised:

* What does the "progress" number mean?
* What should be looked for in the imapproxy or transaction log files to see if any logins are in fact, being impacted?
