Symptoms
The Mart Incremental ETL did not run even when the status showed as active in the load plan scheduler.
In an attempt to resolve, opted to disable the Mart ETL. After this activity completed ETL was re-enabled. Following this the status shows Active.
However, once scheduler was made active (per above steps), The Mart ETL did not run on next daily iteration per below:
