Service Transfer Is Not Working When Service Profile Exists And Failing In ECE EmGateway (Doc ID 2661486.1)

When try to transfer a service from source account to target account, the transfer is failing with below error at the service profile step in EmGateway.

A. Error in emGateway1.log

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a source account with a service and under service create a profile.
2. Create a target account
3. Call PCM_OP_SUBSCRIPTION_SERVICE_BALGRP_TRANSFER to do transfer of service created in Step1 to target account specified in Step2.
4. Transfer fails with above errors.
