Symptoms

Query deliveries failed for terms in Central Coding (CC).

Below error could be traced on InForm Adapter (IA) server (Application Event Log) at the same time of CC job failure.


"The security timestamp is stale because its expiration time ('YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM.SS.XXXZ') is in the past. Current time is 'YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM.SS.XXXZ' and allowed clock skew is '00:05:00'."

Changes

Windows/OS patching was done by OCI over the weekend
