Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
 
Reloading Markup secondary window failed

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
 
Secondary window should open correctly with file.

STEPS
 
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Open any document

2. Add markup which links to another document file that will be loaded to the new window

3. Double click the link for the first time and the document will open without any error

4. Double click the link for the second time
