ISSUE

Unable To Save Same Phone Number Of The Same Type But Different Extension
Customer has requirement to save multiple phone numbers with same value but different extension as "Business" Contact. But base restricts Customer from doing so.
Comparing this feature to 2.3 Phone and Phone Type, it allows to save same phone number of same phone type with different extensions without any issue.
ERROR

"Person Contact exists for the same Person, Person Contact Type and Contact Information. Please enter a different value. "
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure Person Contact Type as BUSINESS - Business Phone
2. Set use of legacy phone/email feature configuration = N
3. Go to person page and search for any person record
4. Go to person contact section on Main tab and select + button to add contact with type as Business Phone and enter any value e.g. (123) 456-7890 and click save button
5. Again navigate to contact section on Main tab of same person and select + button to add contact with type as Business Phone and enter same phone number e.g (123) 456-7890 and also put value in extension column e.g. 123 and click save button.
