Exporting PCO AXML File Ignores the Scale of Numeric Attributes for affected prices redlined price lines

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Exporting PCO Ignores the Scale of Money Attributes for affected prices & price lines

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Exporting PCO should follow the Scale of Money Attributes for affected prices & price lines

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Java Client > Admin -> Settings -> Server Settings > Preferences > Price Scale:6
2. Go to Published Prices > Class > Price Lines and check the scale of Material Price, Total Material Price. The scale set there is 6.
3. Log into Web Client, Open a PCO,
4. Export the PCO as axml.
5. Check the exported xml file. PCO_axml
Scale value not showing as expected.
Despite the scale is set to 6 digits for a field, axml contains even price lines with more than 6 decimal places.
