No Warning Message When an Inactive Item Is Added to a DSD (Doc ID 2663142.1)

When a direct store delivery (DSD) is created and when the users enter inactive items, there is no warning message received.

Steps:

1. Create a DSD.
2. Add an 'Inactive' item and notice that there is not warning message is received.
