Export using saved filter does not export History or Workflow tab

History and workflow tab will not export, when using a saved filter. 

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
 In Agile Administrator
1. Create a filter under ACS Content Services for QCRs
2. add all tabs to the selected View Tabs
3. Attachments Options : Tab Only

In Agile Web client as user that has privileges to all tabs
1. From the Actions Menu of a QCR Object select Export
2. Select aXML as Format
3. Add in an existing QCR object to export
4. Next
5. Select Use Predefined filter
6. Select the filter that was created in Administrator (from above)
7. export the axml
