Symptoms

On : 18.8.11.0 version, Unifier User Mode

Unable to Open a Business Process(BP) in New Interface View

Customer designed a new Business Process for the client.

It consist of two workflows,

1. Workflow A
2. Workflow B

When try to create the record for this Business Process by enabling new interface view, It is throwing error.
But its working fine if New Interface View was disabled. Also the error is only if creating a record using Workflow A.

This page isn’t working and is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login Unifier
2. Switch to New UI
3. Create Workflow A
4. HTTP Error 500

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create Workflow A under New UI
