Symptoms
Steps to reproduce :
Step 1 : Login as TFAnalyst
Step 2 : Perform attachment for an alert and save
Step 3 : Take action to block or release for the same alert.
Step 4 : Once the alert is blocked or released then check for the attachment is visible and able to download again.
Expected result :
Once the alert is released or blocked even then the attachment should be visible and allowed to download
Actual result :
Alert is released or blocked but attachments are not visible in alert.
Issue Encountered :
User unable to view the attachment once the alert is blocked or released.

User taken action on alert to released or blocked.
