On : 2.3.0.2.0 version, Adapters

RTAdapter idle alarm functionality (-idle parameter) does not work when using reading input from DB

The RTAdapter has functionality to generate an alarm if no inputs are received within a configurable number of polling cycles.  This is only working when the adapter is processing file input, not database input which is not mentioned in the Adapters Guide.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

It should alarm when the adapter also processes the database input.
