PIN_ERR_NOT_FOUND Error Returned When Running Pin_Trial_Bill_Accts (Doc ID 2665273.1)

Symptoms

When running pin_trial_bill_accts utility with date range and number of pin_mta children greater than 1 in pin.conf, the following error is logged in cm.pinlog during execution of OP_INV_MAKE_INVOICE opcode:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. create new account
2. run pin_trial_bill_accts with date range:
        pin_trial_bill_accts -start <date> -end <date> -verbose
