Symptoms

Excessive logging in dm_oracle.log after upgrading to 7.5 patchset 23:
 
Scenario
-------------
a) Make sure that debug logging is not enabled.
b) Try to create a new account in customer center.
c) Notice the logging in dm_oracle.log while in the process of purchasing plan.
 
One can notice excessive logging as captured below.

Above is just one scenario and issue can be noticed while performing different activities like product/plan purchase etc.
