(Doc ID 2665417.1)
Last updated on MARCH 29, 2022
Applies to:
Oracle Communications Convergence - Version 3.0.2 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Goal
Attempting to perform an installation which consists of the following software:
-Solaris 11.4
-Convergence 3.0.2
-java version "1.8.0_251"
-WebLogic Server 12.2.1.4.0 Thu Sep 12 04:04:29 GMT 2019 1974621
The following URl was being consulted: https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E69224_01/doc.302/e69225/ins_install.htm - "Installing and Configuring Oracle WebLogic Server for Convergence"
The following issues have been encountered:
a) Unable to find the "extractSSLArgs.sh" file in the Convergence "sbin" directory.
b) When running the installation process, init-config still recognizes only "Glassfish 5", even if "declare -x ORACLE_IWC_APPSERVTYPE="WebLogic"" is set.
Example:
Enter Application Server Install Directory [/opt/glassfish5]
c) AppSrvUtil->Error: App Server asadmin path: /<path>/bin/asadmin: No such file
How can Convergence be successfully installed and configured with WebLogic?
